This Acai Bowl is the best smoothie bowl! It’s
made with Brazilian Acai puree, frozen bananas
and blueberries and sweet juice. Then they’re
finished with fresh fruit, granola and honey as
desired. An all time favorite!

INGREDIENTS
• (1) frozen banana
• (2) 4 ounce packets of pure, unsweetened
acai puree

• (3/4) cups of nut, rice, or seed milk
• (1/2) cup of chopped, frozen mangos
• (1/2) cup of torn kale leaves
• (1/4) cup of plain full-fat Greek yogurt
• (1) tablespoons of fresh lime juice
• (2) teaspoon of maca powder
• (A) pinch of kosher salt

TOPPINGS
• Crushed Cereal
• Golden Berries
• Toasted Coconut Flakes
• Goji Berries
• Dried figs
• Cocoa nibs
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP ONE
• Place two bowls in freezer to chill them.
• Cut off one-quarter of banana and set aside for serving

STEP TWO
• Crush the acai packets with a hammer, rolling pin,
or heavy skillet.

• Add acai, dates, mango, blueberries, kale, yogurt,
lime juice, maca powder,salt, and remaining frozen banana.

• Blend on low speed to combine, then blend on high.
• Blend until mixture is well combined and very thick.

STEP THREE
• Divide acai mixture between chilled bowls and top with
different toppings, including reserved banana.
